Urban Gymnastics is the premier provider of alternative gymnastics training programs. Our classes cater for all levels of ability, from beginners to elite gymnasts, and are great cross training programs for extreme sports, acrobatic sports and general fitness. Our venues provide fully equipped gymnasiums with low impact sprung flooring, crash mats, bars, beams, boxes, foam pits, and trampolines. We also run outdoor sessions occasionally during weekends and school holidays.
